Santa Mail + Mrs. Claus + Show FAQs

November: Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th December: Friday 5th, Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th, Friday 12th, Saturday 13th, Sunday 14th, Friday 19th, Saturday 20th, Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd

 Bring your letters for Santa so Mrs. Claus can deliver them to the North Pole! Santa’s Elves will scan the letters back via email so you know what your little ones wished for this holiday season. Mrs. Claus is also collecting unwrapped toys, coats, and hats for local toy banks throughout Delaware County.

SHOW FAQs

  • At a nice viewing speed our show should take approximately 30 minutes to enjoy!

  • Non Peak Nights – There should be little to no wait time. Peak Nights – Once in the park your wait should be around 45 minutes.

  • Bathrooms are located at the exit of the show in the Parking Lot.

  • Yes, you can exit at the ticket booths.

  • You can buy them at our show gate ticket booths with cash, credit/debit card or apple pay, or online by visiting our Pricing + Purchase Tickets page!

  • No, our show is one way only. You cannot stop your vehicle, or get out, at anytime.

  • No, we are Columbus’ OG silhouette display light show! Tune to 88.3 FM to listen to Fantasy of Lights radio, made by Delaware Area Career Center students!

  • Historically, our show is less busy on weekdays. Bonus, there is a $10 weekday discount!

  • Historically, the weekends leading up to Christmas are our busiest nights. Be sure to check our Instagram OR Facebook for up to date traffic information on peak nights!

  • Yes! You can purchase one at our show gate ticket booths, while supplies last!

  • Yes! We are Columbus’ ORIGINAL (AND ONLY!) locally owned + operated, light show!

  • This is our 26th season of being your family’s favorite holiday tradition!

  • By coming to our show you make others lives brighter as we give back to several local charities, year round! To learn more about our charities, visit our Charity + Community page.

  • Too many to count; if you feel up to the challenge, let us know! We have over 300 displays, multiple tunnels + light walls!

  • Our show is 3 miles long (about a 30 minute drive) + is located at Alum Creek State Park Campground.

  • Our show is designed to be enjoyed from the right Side of your vehicle! Do this + you will never miss a bulb!

  • We are open rain, snow or wind! Severe weather that could jeopardize the safety of our patrons and staff would result in a closure. Check our Instagram OR Facebook for updates.

  • Well, we’re glad you asked!  Every sign you see in our show is that of a local business that has made a monetary donation directly to one of our local charities or directly helps in the setup/operation of our light show.  These are fantastic, small, family owned businesses that are the fabric of our community, some of which have been serving this area for multiple generations.  Even better, these businesses know the importance of giving back to the small, locally run charities that serve those in need in the very same communities they do business in.  Please take note of the signs you see and make a concentrated effort to support these businesses throughout the year.  You can even support some of them the same night that you visit the lightshow!  If you would like more information on the charities that these businesses and your ticket purchase support, please visit the charity and community page on our website.
